About Walden Creek
Walden Townes is connected, both physically and legally, to the Walden Creek subdivision. In the same way property owners in Walden Townes, by virtue of their ownership, are automatic members of the Walden Townes Homeowners Association, so, too, do they assume membership to the Walden Creek Homeowners Association.
That means you get to enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and other common areas. It means you can join in the events sponsored by the association, which include a Fall Festival, End of Year Party and Breakfast with Santa. You may participate in any of their various clubs that meet monthly. You also have the same right to vote and run for office at the annual meeting of the Walden Creek Homeowners Association. It also means paying the same assessments that other homeowners pay in order to maintain these amenities and for landscaping of common areas that include five entrances.
In short, the success of the Walden Creek Homeowners Association is central to your home values, and quality of life. To become better informed of the issues, or to find out how you can get involved, check out their online, quarterly newsletter that is posted on their website at: www.waldencreek.com/hoa/home/home.asp |
